Great to meet you!

I’m direct, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in helping people feel more like themselves again. I’ll be compassionate but also honest with you. I care about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without having to perform or sugarcoat anything.

I’m a working parent and a real human with a real life, so I get that things can feel messy, overwhelming, or just a lot. My job is to help you sort through the noise, understand what’s actually driving your stress, and build the confidence and clarity to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I take a straightforward, compassionate approach. I focus on understanding what’s actually going on in your life, helping you see patterns, clarify your values, and make choices that feel aligned with who you are.

I blend practical strategies like CBT and mindfulness with a strengths-based perspective, so you’re both processing your about problems and building skills to manage them and move forward.

I meet you where you are while gently challenging you to grow and create change that sticks.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what brought you in, and explore your goals for therapy. You can expect a supportive space to share what’s going on, identify patterns or challenges, and start thinking about strategies for change. We’ll also discuss how therapy will work for you in your real life and look at practical steps, frequency, and what kind of support fits your life.
