Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety and high stress life demands. With a background in public service, I understand how easy it is to keep pushing through while feeling overwhelmed underneath.

I hold a master's degree in social work, and my work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I help women ages 18-65 build a different relationship with anxious thoughts so the thoughts have less control, and clients can move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and intention.

My approach to therapy

My style is insightful, direct, and compassionate. We'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck and begin making meaningful, lasting changes-at a pace that feels manageable and real.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to talk openly about what's been weighing on you-without feeling judged. I'll ask questions to understand what's brining you in, what you've been carrying, and what you want to be different in your life.

Together, we'll begin to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and clarify what matters most to you. From there, we'll start shaping clear, meaningful behavioral goals-not just symptom relief, but a way of moving through life that feels more aligned with your values.

I aim to create a space that is both supportive and direct-so you feel understood, while also beginning to move toward real, lasting change.
