Great to meet you!

Welcome, I have over 20 years of experience providing therapy to adults of all ages with various backgrounds. I am particularly experienced in the treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, and relationship challenges. I have a masters degree in social work and I am a licensed independent clinical worker.

My approach to therapy

I am a firm believer in the importance of a strong relationship with my clients. I think of therapy as a partnership and work with clients actively to reach their goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I will take the time to gather a full history and understanding of the current difficulties that bring you to treatment. I appreciate it can be difficult to open up to someone new and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable to share. We will agree on treatment goals at the end of our session and identify things to work on in between sessions.
