Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

My name is Mary and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with older teens and young adults who are navigating self-esteem struggles, anxiety, relationship challenges with peers, family, and romantic partners, and the many transitions that come with this stage of life. I am passionate about what I do because I love connecting with each client, hearing their story, learning what makes them who they are, and watching them grow into the most authentic version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I see each client as an individual with their own story, their own needs, and their own pace. Rapport comes first for me, because real growth happens when you feel truly heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to start feeling heard right away. I focus on building connection and learning your story, not rushing toward a checklist of goals. I don't put a timeline on your healing, because I don't think it should feel like a race. Therapy with me doesn't have to feel heavy to be meaningful. My clients often tell me it feels like they just spent an hour chatting with a friend, and then they look back and realize just how much growth happened in that conversation.
