Great to meet you!

What areas of your life would you like to feel more confident, connected, or at peace with?

Therapy can be a place to slow down, heal, and move forward with clarity. I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My passion for this work began early. My mother was a social worker, and watching the impact she had on others inspired my own path. As a teenager, I experienced counseling during my parents' separation, and the support I received changed my life. That experience continues to shape the way I show up for my clients today—with empathy, respect, and a genuine belief in the healing process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength based, collaborative, and goal oriented. I believe everyone has unique strengths, even during life's most difficult moments, and together we'll build on those to create meaningful change. With over 30 years of clinical experience and 20 years in private practice, I combine compassion with practical strategies to help clients better understand how mental health impacts their lives and develop a clear plan for overcoming obstacles.

As an EMDR-certified therapist, I specialize in treating trauma while also supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders including bipolar disorder, domestic violence, women's issues, and sports performance challenges such as confidence and motivation.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding how therapy can improve your quality of life. We'll explore what's bringing you in, identify your goals, and begin creating a plan that makes life feel more manageable. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for your healing journey.
