Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Mary! You deserve a therapist who meets you where you are and still challenges you to grow when you are ready. As an LCSW specializing in trauma, perinatal mental health, and grief, I bring both directness and genuine warmth to every session. I work especially with parents and people who have been through hard things. I would love to connect with you.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a direct communication style and really wanna help you see growth in your life. Let's dig in with the topics that are really holding you back from where you want to be in life. I believe in a good balance between challenging my clients for their own growth and meeting them where they are in their journey.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I will ask about your history, what is weighing on you right now, and where you hope to go. By the end, you will have a clear sense of what we will focus on together and, most importantly, you will feel heard rather than overwhelmed. That feeling is where the work begins.
