Great to meet you!

When I was young, I felt no one understood me, especially my parents. As I got older, I was drawn to help others learn to communicate with one another. Sometimes we think we listen, but we only hear and sometimes we think we understand but we do not put ourselves in the other person's place. My goal is to help others learn how to listen and learn to communicate. I also know that there is no one right way to do this. Everyone is different, yet everyone is the same; in what we need and want.

My approach to therapy

I like to think that I am person centered, as well as goal oriented. I will meet you where you so you can teach me about you and your environment. Then I can guide you to meet your goals in your own individual way.

What you can expect from me

I hope that you will see I am genuine in my efforts to get to know you and guide you in the direction that choose. I aim that when you come to session you are able to be yourself and speak your mind as well as become aware of all your strengths and potential.
