Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from Syracuse University. I bring a warm, empathetic, and easygoing approach to my work with clients. My experience includes supporting individuals through end-of-life care, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions and adjustments. I believe that every person’s experience is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together to help you navigate challenges and move toward greater well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable being your authentic self and know that you are being heard without judgment. I take time to understand your individual experiences, strengths, and goals, and work with you to develop strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for your life. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, end-of-life concerns, and life adjustments, and I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs. My hope is to create a supportive space where you can gain insight, build coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where we can begin getting to know one another. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what feels most important to you right now. I’ll take time to learn about your experiences, strengths, and goals while answering any questions you may have about the therapy process. Most importantly, there is no pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you and begin building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, compassion, and understanding.
