Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychologyand bring over 16 years of counseling experience, including more than 10 years as a crisis counselor at a level-one trauma center in downtown Atlanta. I now live in Northeast Georgia, where I enjoy a quieter pace of life with my husband, stepson, and our four beloved fur babies. I work with adolescents and young adults, specializing intrauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and confident in their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients understand their thoughts and emotions, explore their stories, and build practical tools for meaningful change. I believe in finding the right therapeutic fit for each person and tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a relaxed introduction where we get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brought you in and what you hope to work on, and I’ll ask a few questions to understand your needs and goals. Together, we’ll talk through what therapy can look like and which approaches may fit you best. There’s no pressure to go deep right away—we move at a pace that feels comfortable, and you’re welcome to ask any questions along the way.
