Great to meet you!

As a licensed trauma therapist drawing from over 25 years of experience and specializing in narcissistic abuse and recovery, early childhood trauma, domestic violence, compromised family systems and complex interpersonal dynamics, I work with you to shed light on what presents itself as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem, ADHD and other factors that need attention and illumination.

I blend evidence-based trauma therapies with the most current approaches to trauma and abuse treatment, as well as creative and somatic approaches — honoring the power of your emotions, and wisdom of your body, mind, and spirit.

Clients can expect deep empathy, experienced guidance, and an unwavering belief in your capacity to heal and grow.

Together, we’ll explore your story, untangle old patterns, and nurture new possibilities for joy, resilience, and authentic self-connection.

My approach to therapy

As a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), Mary Sarah specializes in narcissistic abuse recovery, child advocacy, family systems, and intuitive psychology. She integrates Polyvagal Theory, Strengths-Based perspectives, and Somatic approaches to tenderly help clients reconnect with safety, trust, and their own inner wisdom.

Her trauma expertise is rooted in rigorous training, including a Certificate in Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR) from Victim Services Center in Miami, where she compassionately supported survivors of domestic and war-based trauma.

Mary Sarah also offers ongoing practices in EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy), grounded in Rogerian principles that honor each person’s natural unfolding. She sees emotions as sacred messengers — guiding us toward deeper self-understanding and authentic healing.

Believing deeply in the mind-body connection, she is certified in Advanced Nutritional and Integrative Medicine, offering holistic strategies to nurture mood, vitality, and overall well-being through naturopathic, homeopathic, and lifestyle modalities.

When you sit with Mary Sarah, you’re met by joy, deep intuition, and her unwavering belief in the human capacity to heal.

🌿 A life steeped in empathy: Beyond her therapy practice, Mary Sarah flourishes as an actor and voice artist, owning her own studio for over 12 years. Whether behind a microphone or alongside a client, she views both vocations as lives rooted in empathy — attuning to emotions, motivations, and the complex stories that shape us.
