Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming and uncertain at times, but you don’t have to face it alone. For over 35 years, I’ve been helping people navigate life’s challenges, whether they’re dealing with emotional struggles, family or relationship stress, or lifetime's difficult transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can gain greater self awareness and understanding in order to make your own decisions and choices. Many people don't kponw how to even start , and I can help with beginning and identifying those areas important to you.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in individual, family, and couples therapy, blending psychodynamic talk therapy with cognitive-behavioral strategies and psychodynamic/ developmental psychology to fit your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore patterns, develop insights, and build practical skills to help you better understand yourself and your relationships, fostering growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

I hope you will feel you can express what is on your mind and what you want to make different. It takes time to figure out what one needs and wants.
