Great to meet you!

I believe mental and physical health are deeply connected, which is why I take a whole-

person approach to psychiatric care. As a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring experience in both medical and

psychiatric care to understand the full picture behind what you’re experiencing. I provide

individualized care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar and other mood disorders,

PTSD and trauma-related conditions, OCD, panic disorder, insomnia, and other

psychiatric concerns. My medical background also allows me to consider how

hormones, thyroid function, medications, sleep, and other physical health factors may

contribute to changes in mood, anxiety, attention, and overall well-being. My goal is to

provide thoughtful, evidence-based treatment in a supportive, judgment-free

environment where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized, with a focus

on understanding you as a whole person rather than simply treating a diagnosis. I take

time to listen to your concerns, understand your experiences and goals, and explore the

medical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your mental health.

Together, we develop an evidence-based treatment plan that may include medication

management, supportive strategies, lifestyle changes, and collaboration with therapy or

other healthcare providers when appropriate. I value education and shared decision-

making, so you understand your treatment options and feel comfortable having an

active voice in your care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free conversation

focused on getting to know you and understanding what has brought you to care. We’ll

discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications,

sleep, lifestyle, relationships, and other factors that may be affecting your well-being. I’ll

take time to understand what you’ve tried in the past, what has or hasn’t worked, and

what you hope to achieve with treatment. We’ll then discuss my clinical impressions and

work together to develop an individualized treatment plan, including medication options

when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave your first visit feeling heard, informed, and

clear about the next steps in your care.
