Mary Sullivan

I have a passion for working with couples by improving communication to reduce conflict. I help couples understand how their history has impacted who they are today. Using a solution focused approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will explore unconscious triggers, unmet needs and gain a deeper understanding of our responses. While working on guided communication exercises, the couple will learn effective ways to express their needs and develop appropriate responses during conflict.

With over 25 years of experience, I work with individuals who are dealing with negative thinking, anger, anxiety, depression & low self esteem. I teach effective coping skills that will empower the client to take control of their thinking, which has a direct impact on one's level of happiness. I help clients better understand themselves and learn how to communicate their needs.

My goal is to help each client feel empowered in their life and be more intentional with their life and relationships.
