Great to meet you!

You do not have to carry the weight of trauma, addiction, or painful patterns alone. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from simply surviving, there is hope for a different path forward.

As a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care for individuals seeking healing, recovery, and meaningful change. My approach integrates somatic practices, strength-based counseling, solution-focused strategies, and behavior modification to help you better understand your experiences, regulate your emotions, and build practical tools for lasting growth.

For those who desire it, I offer Christian and alternative faith-integrated counseling that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe faith can be a powerful source of comfort, resilience, and restoration as you work through trauma and move toward the life God has called you to live.

Together, we will build on your strengths, restore hope, and create a plan for healing that aligns with your values, goals, and faith. You are not defined by your past—healing is possible, and you do not have to walk the journey alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate somatic therapy, strength-based counseling, solution-focused strategies, and behavior modification to help you understand how past experiences may be impacting your present thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors.

Rather than focusing only on problems, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create realistic goals for change. I work collaboratively with clients to support emotional regulation, healthier patterns, recovery from substance use, and healing from trauma at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian and alternative faith-integrated counseling. Faith can be incorporated as a source of hope, resilience, purpose, and restoration while honoring your personal values and healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming, confidential space to begin sharing what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, goals for treatment, and the strengths and supports already present in your life. You are never expected to share more than you feel ready for.

Together, we will begin identifying what you need most—whether that is support for trauma, substance use, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, or unhealthy behavior patterns. I will explain my approach and answer any questions so you can decide whether therapy feels like a good fit.

For clients who wish to include it, faith can be integrated into treatment in a way that respects your beliefs and values. By the end of the session, you can expect greater clarity about next steps and a collaborative plan for moving forward at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
