Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 9 years of experience.I completed my MA in Psychology at Pepperdine University and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the American School of Professional Psychology.

I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and older adults address their unique challenges and live more fulfilling lives by helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I utilize multiple treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, meditation exercises.

It is my goal to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space and help my clients proactively heal from their struggles and challenges through cognitive restructuring and assigning therapeutic exercises between sessions, which will increase accountability and motivation for change.

What you can expect from me

I foster empathy and hope for my patients that they CAN change and overcome their struggles by utilizing the strengths that they already have. I teach my patients to have self-compassion and unconditional self-acceptance. Patients can expect to feel really listened to and heard.

Lastly, I encourage the development of a healthier lifestyle and foster resilient coping skills to navigate the stress and challenges of each patient’s life journey.
