Great to meet you!

If anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship patterns have left you feeling overwhelmed, numb, disconnected, or stuck, therapy can help you find a way forward. You may notice the same patterns showing up with partners, family members, or others, even when you are trying your best to change. I offer a warm, compassionate space to better understand what is happening internally and relationally, while building practical skills to improve your quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I bring over 20 years of behavioral healthcare experience across emergency rooms, inpatient hospitals, and outpatient treatment. My approach is relational, nervous-system informed, and grounded in attachment theory and mindfulness practices. Together, we will create safety, explore your patterns, and support lasting change at a pace that feels right.

What you can expect from me

This work may be a good fit if you value a collaborative, non-pathologizing approach and want to feel more connected to yourself and others. We will work together to support insight, emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and meaningful change. I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
