Great to meet you!

I know what it feels like to need, but not have, a strong and caring connection with an understanding other. I also know the level of healing and transformation that occurs when we have such a connection. Whether it be to move through suffering, heal from trauma or loss, face life challenges/transitions, increase insight, build resilience, or gain a richer sense of who you are --all of these things and many more are possible in a good therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

I select from a variety of therapeutic approaches to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual (or couple). Utilizing the methodologies and techniques that most effectively address the unique issues and challenges each person brings to therapy. Through connection, understanding, compassion, support, and collaboration we will build upon your strengths to reduce suffering, move toward goals, and increase personal growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

As a caring and experienced therapist, my aim is to attune to your experience and help access your deepest potential on a positive path of well-being, growth, and empowerment toward leading a life worth celebrating.
