Mary Tibbets

I am a seasoned social worker with over twenty years of experience in various practice settings. My professional career, personal life experiences, and my faith journey and spirituality allow me to connect in a meaningful way with my clients with unconditional positive regard and acceptance.

Through the use of Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Theory, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, I work to create a positive therapeutic alliance with each client. Together we assess and develop a personalized treatment plan and actively engage each session around personal goals set by the client.

By looking back, learning and healing from the past; mindfully embracing, accepting, and engaging in new skills in the present; my clients will look forward with hope and confidence toward the future.
