Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, and I’m passionate about creating a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without judgment.

I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to walk alongside you while helping you better understand your experiences, recognize your strengths, and build tools that support the life you want. I work with adults navigating relationship and family concerns, trauma, stress, grief, women’s issues, and other challenges that can impact emotional well-being.

I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to make each client feel respected, understood, and empowered throughout the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all, so I tailor our work to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

I incorporate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based techniques to help you understand patterns, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and navigate difficult emotions or life changes.

Our work is a partnership. I’ll provide support, perspective, and practical tools while giving you the space to move at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling more confident in yourself, better equipped to handle challenges, and empowered to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels most important to address, and what you hope to get out of therapy.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. Together, we’ll identify goals that feel meaningful to you and begin creating a plan for moving forward. My priority is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the beginning.
