Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), my goal is to help clients overcome obstacles that impede their path to the achievement of overall wellbeing. It is my objective to develop a therapeutic alliance with each client, family or couple to provide a safe space and secure relationship. I have an MS in clinical mental health counseling and am in the processing of completing a Ph.D. in Counseling Education and Supervision.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in the possibility for people to achieve their highest potential by learning to cope with ongoing their going issues. I approach treatment from the lens of attachment theory, using person centered therapy, family systems theory, and an assortment of other modalities. I enjoy working with clients to address their childhood, adolescent and adult traumas, as well as ongoing relationship issues and comorbid symptoms.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session I will work with you to learn who you are and what you want from therapy. I will assess your background, current situation, your distressing symptoms, and begin development of a treatment plan. I look forward to meeting you and starting our work!
