Great to meet you!

I am a warm, empathetic and reflective listener who prioritizes understanding your world view and the ways in which you process your own experience. With over ten years of experience working with individuals and families, I understand the importance of moving at your own pace in effort to uncover your most vulnerable parts. Together, we will safely develop a greater sense of insight into your own patterns that are no longer serving your current and future self.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a trauma, attachment and systems framework to collaborate with you in making meaning of your internal and external experience. As a relational therapist, my approach to psychotherapy orients around the idea that mutually satisfying relationships with others are essential for emotional well-being. This will play out in our session often through experiential work, where we can explore triggers in a safe and contained space, always from a space of curiosity rather than judgement.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can begin to process mal adaptive patterns and behaviors that are no longer aligned with your present and future visions for yourself. By holding a safe, contained and reflective space, I aim to further strengthen your current level of insight around your unique ways of interacting with others. By staying curious and compassionate with ourselves in effort to better understand our own reactions to external triggers, you will begin to experience true behavioral change, mindfully.
