Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist for over 20 years. I offer a safe and nurturing environment in each counseling session to help you achieve the maximum benefit from therapy. I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety and other mood related issues that cause problems in your life. I will work with you using CBT and other modalities to teach you skills that can help you manage your emotions and discover the confidence and strength to deal with everything that life throws your way. My goal is to help you in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a client-centered and strength-based perspective to support you in your journey to emotional well-being. My goal is to help you build resilience and create meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session, I will take time to introduce myself, explain my professional background, and outline the structure of therapy, including important topics such as the frequency/duration of sessions, confidentiality issues, and potential risks and benefits associated with therapy. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy.
