Great to meet you!

I have spent more than 20 years working in the addiction field. Addiction does not show up in isolation. It comes in with depression, anxiety, stress, and years of things people have been carrying quietly on their own. Working with this specialty gave me a clear view of what people need clinically, and it also showed me exactly where more individual, focused support could make a real difference. That is what brought me to private practice.

My approach to therapy

I do not think there is one method that works for everyone, and I have worked with enough people to know that is true. What I have found is that most people already have a pretty good sense of what is getting in their way. They need a space where they can actually say it out loud and then figure out what to do with it. I work in a direct and honest way. I am not going to tell you what you want to hear if it is not going to help you. But I will be in your corner every session, and we will work at a pace that makes sense for your life.

What you can expect from me

I work with adults navigating substance use, depression, anxiety, and women's issues. My practice is small and intentional by design. I work exclusively through telehealth. The clients I connect with best are people who are ready to do the work and want a therapist who will show up honestly for them, every single time.
