Great to meet you!

I am a single mother of 3 adult children and have learned quite a bit about the past 3 generations. I have a doctorate in Health Psychology, Masters in Counseling, Bachelors in Social Psychology and am currently pursuing a third Master and second doctorate. I love learning, keeping abreast new findings in research and I have taught in higher education for 16 years. WE help each other grow and that is my life purpose and contribution to the world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, treating the whole person: Mind, Body, Soul, Emotional, and Social. I meet my clients where they are and I believe in educating my client along the way so they understand the what, why, and how, of my therapeutic modality. I know when to challenge and when to listen. I pride myself on the therapeutic relationship as that is where the most change occurs.

What you can expect from our first session

I want each of my clients to walk away from session with a multiple perspective or at least a broadened one; and seeing their lives through an objective, empowered lens. I will teach you as many skills as I know to help yourself as I firmly believe in helping you get back into your life and living out your purpose.
