Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck and unable to move forward? Do you sometimes believe that you are not enough? Are you ready to take back control over your life and to move towards your goals?

I enjoy working with clients who are ready to move through past issues in order to live more purposeful and joyful lives. I offer individual therapy for adults and specialize in multicultural counseling for Asian & BIPOC communities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling approach focuses on identifying and drawing on your strengths to help you address life challenges and work towards resolution. I will assist you by sharing my observations, challenging you (when necessary), defining your goals, developing a plan of action, and supporting you in the process of growth and change and integrating the whole person. Goal setting will be a collaborative process, with an eye toward developing and achieving short-term and long-term goals.

What you can expect from our first session

This will be a safe space for you to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You can safely explore and process your thoughts and feelings here with me and move at the pace and speed with which you are most comfortable. I will affirm and accompany you with warmth, humor and compassion on your path to change and growth.
