Great to meet you!

My name is Mary You. I am a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas. I have a master's degree and a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. I currently work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. I see patients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, life transitions, marital conflicts, parenting challenges, ADHD, grief and loss, faith-based practices, and more.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space to help you work through life’s challenges and move toward meaningful change. I can help you feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and in control of your well-being. I focus on creating a space where clients feel heard and supported. Together, we explore emotional patterns and relationship dynamics while building practical tools for change using CBT, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, relational approaches, faith-based, and self-compassion work.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I will be asking many questions to learn more about your thoughts, feelings, the symptoms you have been experiencing, and why you are seeking therapy. We will collaborate on therapy goals, and I will come up with a treatment plan for our future sessions. I look forward to meeting with you.
