Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker supporting teens, young adults, and professionals who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and feeling stuck. Many of the people I work with feel caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or uncertainty about what comes next. I offer a grounded, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can slow things down and sort through what feels heavy or confusing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and intentional. Together, we focus on building clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction.

My approach to therapy

I take a supportive and solution-focused approach to therapy. We’ll look at the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and decisions so things start to make more sense. At the same time, we’ll work on practical strategies you can actually use in your day-to-day life. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based work, and mindfulness. Therapy with me is both reflective and goal-oriented, so you’re not just talking—you’re making progress.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what’s been weighing on you. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll start identifying goals and what path feels right for you. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of what working together will look like.
