Great to meet you!

Hello,

I’m Maryann, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a over 12 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and trauma.

I create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their concerns and goals. My approach is collaborative, and I work alongside clients to develop practical tools that help them manage challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful growth. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward positive change.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach collaborative, interactive, solution-focused. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based interventions. I focus on helping clients build emotional regulation skills, improve coping strategies, and increase self-awareness to support long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask questions about your current challenges, background, and strengths so we can create a personalized plan that fits your needs. Most importantly, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood.
