Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, mood instability, sleep concerns, and recovery, as well as more than 10 years of experience in women’s health. I have a special interest in women’s mental health and provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, sleep concerns, PMDD, PMS, and other mental health and hormone-related challenges.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting women through the emotional and mental health changes that can occur throughout different stages of life, including the reproductive years, perimenopause, and menopause. Many of my patients come to me saying, “I don’t feel like myself,” describing changes in mood, anxiety, irritability, sleep, concentration, motivation, or overall emotional well-being that may feel difficult to explain.

My background in women’s health allows me to bring a broader perspective to the connection between hormonal changes and mental health, including symptoms related to PMS, PMDD, perimenopause, and menopause. I believe these concerns deserve to be heard, carefully evaluated, and taken seriously, with treatment tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized, combining thoughtful medication management with education and a whole-person perspective. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your treatment.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll develop a plan that addresses your symptoms while also considering the unique factors that may be affecting your mental health and quality of life.

At this time, I am offering virtual appointments only, making care accessible and convenient from the comfort of home. In-person appointment options will also be available soon for patients who prefer a face-to-face setting.
