Great to meet you!

I have over 35 years of experience as a Mental Health and Addictions Counselor. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I am well versed in helping individuals who are struggling with a variety of challenges in their life. My experience as a Counselor is also enhanced by my training as an Integral Tai Chi/Qigong Instructor. This enables me to see each individual in a holistic manner.

My approach to therapy

I see the counseling experience as a journey. When you are ready to increase your self-awareness and make changes in your life, I will join you on that journey.

I have worked in a variety of settings, and with adults, children and adolescents with a variety of concerns: Depression, anxiety, grief/loss, separation/divorce, substance abuse, and stress management. I am also a certified Clinical Supervisor, so I provide Clinical Supervision to other mental health professionals.

What you can expect from me

My approach is holistic and person centered, so in our journey together, my clients become empowered to create their own solutions and begin to create a healthier life for themselves.
