I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor/ Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2016. I am a PMH-C certified in perinatal mental health through PSI Postpartum Support International. I am a Tier 1 Star Behavioral Health Provider, supporting our military and their families. I have experience supporting children, teens and adults with concerns such as anxiety and depression. I have my undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology. I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Virginia. I am open to working with individuals ages 16 and older.

Some of my most successful therapy techniques are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
