Great to meet you!

I provide comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment for individuals of all ages in a compassionate and supportive environment. My approach is holistic, helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they work toward personal growth, healing, and overall well-being.I specialize in drug and alcohol counseling, providing psychoeducation and practical tools to support recovery, build coping skills, and promote long-term success.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, behavior modification, and Adlerian therapy. I work with children, individuals, and families, and have extensive experience supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. For over eight years, I have worked with survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence, offering care that is respectful, empathetic, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an open discussion, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
