Great to meet you!

I am a strength based therapist, who sees your successes and can assist in you in celebrating yours. I believe in a person's ability to see themselves in a positive light. I believe in being in the brilliance of a clients moment, as I have.

My approach to therapy

I listen mindfully with my heart which directs our conversation. I obtain a complete psychospiritual, medical assessment including lifestyle and cultural influences. All domains of life are considered in evaluating most important areas of focus, and feeling comfortable with knowing a safe place is provided to heal.

What you can expect from me

My hope is always to provide a humorous and caring environment. I offer hope in knowing there are a variety of perspectives in which to view life. They can expect to find strength in themselves they may not have known before.
