Great to meet you!

I am a licensed bilingual psychologist with 15 years of experience working in private practice. I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults in various mental health settings. I provide individual and family therapy to clients for a variety of concerns including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, grief/trauma, adjusting to life changes, as well as family/parenting challenges. I provide high quality and empirically validated services in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is strength-based and integrative. It often draws on cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as interpersonal and systems theory. I believe that treatment plans should be flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family. I view therapy as a collaborative process that enables clients to gain perspective on their emotions, beliefs, relationships, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a warm and accepting environment that you can work towards creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I help my clients in becoming experts about themselves through education, insight building, and development of healthy coping and communication skills.
