Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor, LPC and certified as a trauma therapist, CTSS. My focus has been working with clients who have trauma in their lives and are ready to change unhealthy habits, thought patterns, and behaviors. We will work together as a team to focus on your inner strength and resilience to achieve the life you deserve.

My approach to therapy

It is important to feel heard and seen without any judgments. I am approachable and interact with my clients so you see a real person in front of you. I specialize in trauma and PTSD and want you to recognize how strong and resilient you are! I use many different styles such as person centered, CBT, Trauma Focused and positive psychology.

What you can expect from me

Achieving your goals requires participation and dedication, nothing changes if nothing changes. I understand how difficult that can be so I work with you at your pace level to see what gets in the way to moving forward. I provide feedback in sessions, worksheets and educational material so you can understand that you are not alone. I work with each person on an individual basis, one size does not fit all so we can work at a pace that feels comfortable but also challenges you.
