Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with more than 20 years of experience in the field of social work, I have adopted a unique approach to therapy that reveals limiting mindsets, provokes new insights, and motivates clients to implement tangible cognitive and behavioral practices to welcome, embrace, and achieve positive change in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I facilitate therapeutic sessions for clients who desire to activate their personal strengths, overcome challenges or regulate their emotions to focus on forward momentum. My practice is guided through the framework of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), positive psychology, NLP, and solution focused brief therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I am committed to helping individuals who struggle with chronic stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and frustration to have a healthier relationship with their emotions and teach evidence-based techniques that have been proven to calm the nervous system. Working with me will prove to be a motivational therapeutic experience.
