Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that all of us need guidance along our journey from time to time. I specialize in working with adults who have anxiety disorders and OCD. I also have experience with depression, mood disorders, grief, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone is unique and I believe in an individualized approach to care. Once we decide that we are a good and to work together, we will collaborate on setting goals and work as partners in your therapeutic journey. It is vital you feel safe to communicate freely and be yourself. My goal is to be there with you, offer insight, any support along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

I always begin with an intake session, where you will tell me your story and goals you have for therapy. As we work together, I love to give my clients a takeaway from each individual session. This allows the client to have something to focus on in the time between our meetings to practice coping strategies. It also allows you to see progress made on your goals.
