Great to meet you!

I am of the belief that all individuals benefit from guidance throughout their personal journeys and require a safe environment in which to do so. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety/panic disorders and OCD. My practice includes experience working with individuals who struggle with perfectionism, burnout, and a variety of OCD subtypes. Furthermore, I have experience and special training in treating skin picking and hair pulling using the ComB model.

My approach to therapy

Everyone is unique and I believe in an individualized approach to care. Once we decide that we are a good fit and to work together, we will collaborate on setting goals and work as partners in your therapeutic journey. It is vital you feel safe to communicate freely and be yourself. My goal is to be there with you, offer insight, any support along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with an intake session, where you will tell me your story and goals you have for therapy. As we work together, I love to give my clients a takeaway from each individual session. This allows the client to have something to focus on in the time between our meetings to practice coping strategies. It also allows you to see progress made on your goals.
