Great to meet you!

My practice is dedicated to people navigating complex, specific challenges, and as a clinician who specializes in chronic illness counseling, I’m honored to support clients living with invisible disabilities like POTS, EDS, PMDD, MCAS, and endometriosis. Some of the other areas I have experience with include trauma, burnout, relational concerns, adoption, and life changes, among others. I built this practice because traditional counseling so often misses these realities, and I wanted to create a space that genuinely understands them and the people living them.

My approach to therapy

Having navigated these landscapes firsthand as an adoptee and part of the POTS community, I know how exhausting it is to squeeze specialized experiences into a generic framework, so I pair clinical precision with genuine lived understanding. My style is direct, down to earth, and rooted in science, with the occasional touch of humor. As an integrative therapist, I blend ACT, CBT, DBT skills, existential and attachment based therapy, using a holistic, trauma informed lens.

What you can expect from me

I view therapy as truly collaborative. Our first session is a chance to get to know each other, talk through your goals, and see if I’m the right fit for you, then we’ll shape a plan together that works best for your life. We always go at your pace. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
