Great to meet you!

Hi! I am so happy you made it this far in your journey! I have over 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. I know how hard it can be sometimes to ask for support, especially when you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. I value building genuine connections and creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that feels realistic and lasting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive space where you feel heard, understood and empowered. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive, and I meet each client where they are. I use a strengths-based, relational approach and draw from evidence-based interventions to help clients better understand their emotions, relationships and patterns. Together, we will build realistic skills that support meaningful and sustainable change. In sessions it will feel warm, steady, and judgment-free. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership, where we can explore what is difficult while also building practical skills that support meaningful and sustainable change

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, relevant history and goals. You can expect a comfortable, judgement-free conversation, as we begin identifying initial strategies and skills to support your journey. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, respected, and more confident about the direction of our work together.
