Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 4+ years of experience supporting high schoolers through adults as they work through anxiety, depression, and trauma. After earning my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UT San Antonio, I dove straight into clinical work — meeting clients in schools, in their homes, in offices, and online. That range taught me to meet people where they are, whether they're working through grief or loss, navigating life transitions, exploring questions of identity and self-discovery, or carrying the weight of everyday stress. Whatever brought you here, I'd be glad to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, grounded in a human-centered perspective. In practice, that means I work from a place of empowerment, affirmation, and genuine curiosity about your experience. I'm warm, collaborative, and direct when it helps — because no one can know exactly what it's like to be you, but through empathic, attentive engagement, real therapeutic work can take shape. I believe healing happens in connection, and I bring cultural humility to every session so that every part of who you are feels welcome here.

What you can expect from me

Our first session sets the tone. As I get to know you and form first impressions, we'll work together on an initial plan and goals that feel right to you. My priority is building a space of safety and respect where you can speak freely. You hold the power in your own therapy — from session one, I'm here to collaborate, not direct, and to help you reach what matters most to you. When you're ready, I'd be glad to meet.
