Great to meet you!

If you feel stuck in patterns you keep repeating, whether it’s anger, substance use, relationship conflict, or behaviors that are hard to control, it can start to take a toll on every part of your life. I work with teens and adults who are dealing with addiction, emotional regulation issues, and behaviors that feel difficult to change. You might find yourself reacting quickly, struggling with impulse control, or feeling frustrated that you keep ending up in the same situations. As a Navy veteran, I bring a direct, structured approach to helping you understand what’s driving these patterns and how to start changing them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, practical, and focused on real progress. I use your past experiences to understand what has worked, what hasn’t, and how to build a path forward. I incorporate strategies like DBT and motivational interviewing to help you manage emotions, improve decision-making, and build healthier habits that actually stick.

What you can expect from me

Many of the people I work with begin to feel more in control, more clear-headed, and more confident in how they handle stress and challenges. You can expect honest conversations, accountability, and a space where real change is the goal. My focus is helping you break cycles, build stability, and move forward in a way that feels stronger and more intentional.
