Great to meet you!

When anxiety, painful experiences, or constant worry begin affecting your relationships, confidence, or daily life, it can feel like you're carrying more than anyone else realizes. You may be trying to hold everything together for your family while quietly struggling yourself, wondering if things will ever feel easier. Healing is possible, and you don't have to face those challenges alone. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, grief and loss, and trauma so they can regain a sense of stability, strengthen their relationships, and move forward with greater confidence. With more than 13 years of experience, I work with adults, adolescents, and children, offering therapy in both English and Spanish while creating a compassionate, supportive environment where every client feels understood, respected, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should provide both a safe place to process life's challenges and practical strategies that help you continue growing outside of our sessions. Together, we'll explore the experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing healthier ways of coping that fit your unique goals and strengths. My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Preschoolers (TF CBT P), and Play Therapy because every client deserves an approach tailored to their developmental needs, experiences, and personal goals. Together, we can work through depression, anger management, panic disorder, relationship issues, identity concerns, PTSD, and emotional regulation, always adapting treatment to meet your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and supported from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and compassion while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're seeking healing from trauma, support for your child, better ways to manage anxiety, or a stronger sense of emotional balance, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more resilient, more hopeful, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends.
