Great to meet you!

As a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with over ten years of experience, I have provided support to a diverse group of individuals, including newly arrived and long-established members of the immigrant community, community organizers, young professionals and college students.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for each person’s unique pace and readiness for change. My work places a special emphasis on how culture, values, migration, and mixed backgrounds shape our sense of well-being and belonging. I specialize in supporting first-generation individuals, cycle-breakers, mixed-status families, and anyone navigating the challenges of being “the first” in many areas of life—including being the first to seek therapy.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another, ask questions, and explore whether we’re a good fit. Therapy is a deeply personal and transformative experience, and its impact is greatly enhanced by a strong and genuine therapeutic relationship.
