Great to meet you!

Many capable, hardworking professionals come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns that no longer work for them. You might notice anger showing up faster than you'd like, difficulty regulating emotions, procrastination despite good intentions, or repeated conflict in relationships. Others feel overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally drained from the pressure of work and life responsibilities.

Together we work to understand what’s driving these patterns and develop healthier ways to respond so you can move forward with greater clarity and control.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful or negative thinking patterns and work to reshape them in ways that support healthier responses and more effective coping. I also help clients develop practical calming and emotional regulation skills so day-to-day life feels more manageable and balanced.

What you can expect from me

I’m passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families in a safe, nonjudgmental space where growth and self-discovery can unfold naturally. Therapy is not about perfection, it’s about learning, healing, and building tools that support lasting change. If barriers like time, location, or cost have made therapy feel out of reach, scheduling options are available through Headway. When you’re ready, I look forward to supporting you.
