Great to meet you!

I believe therapy can be safe, real, and human. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Nationally Certified Counselor. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults navigating grief, stress, work-life balance, major life changes/crises, and addiction. I'm honored you're here reading this, and you deserve credit for taking the time to find the right therapist. Therapy with me is a warm, supportive space where your experiences are taken seriously, your dignity matters, and you are welcomed exactly as you are. I can't wait to meet you.

My approach to therapy

My approach includes CBT and ACT, with a strong focus on values as a guide for healthy boundaries, meaningful change, and more authentic living. I enjoy helping people notice and reconnect parts of themselves they may not have seen before, in a way that feels empowering.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you and what brought you here, at a pace that feels comfortable and natural. We’ll talk about your current stressors, relationships, and what you’re hoping might change, while gently laying the groundwork for future goals. It’s less about having all the right answers and more about creating a sense of connection and direction. Most people leave feeling heard, supported, and a little clearer about what they want from the process.
