Hmmm, that's a lot of info but if you want to know anything else, don't be shy, just ask me.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is open-minded, empowering & collaborative. Some days therapy might look like venting about your week; other days it might mean unpacking long-standing patterns or navigating a crisis. Either way, letting it out can help—and we'll take it at your pace. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation to support meaningful, realistic change.

What you can expect from me

Hey, glad you decided to stop by!

Consider our first session like a no-pressure meet-n-greet.

I'll review some info about confidentiality then we can get started getting to know each other.

You can share what brings you in, what you want to work on or if you aren't ready to open up yet, that's cool, I can ask you a few questions and we can go from there.
