Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment. Throughout my career, I have worked with adults facing anxiety, depression, substance use, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and co-occurring mental health challenges.
While I enjoy working with adults of all ages, I have a particular interest in helping young adults navigate the transition into adulthood. Whether you’re adjusting to college, starting a career, becoming more independent, or trying to figure out your next steps, I enjoy helping clients build confidence, develop coping skills, and create a life that feels meaningful and authentic. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and working toward the changes that matter most to you.
In my free time, I enjoy making memories with my daughters, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors hiking, birdwatching, or fishing. These hobbies keep me connected to the things I value most: curiosity, resilience, and appreciating life's quieter moments.
