Great to meet you!

One of my greatest passions is working with individuals and families to address hurts and impasses: being both witness and participant.

I view each person within the context of their relationships and family-of-origin. Whatever you are currently struggling with did not start with you. I take a very systemic approach and work with you to not only have a better relationship with yourself, but others. For those suffering with trauma, I am trained in EMDR and promise that you can find relief.

My approach to therapy

I am family-systems oriented and view each person through the context of their relationships. My approach is very collaborative and focuses on understanding each person's narrative.

What you can expect from me

I always tell clients that a successful therapy session should be like a good conversation where you walk away with a more expansive way of experiencing yourself and your relationships.
