Matt Kilgore

I am a board-certified, doctorally educated, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and owner of TTS. I started my career as a RN in 2006 and have practiced as an advanced registered nurse practitioner (ARNP) since 2018. I have managed medications for most psychiatric and substance use disorders. I have counseled patients with psychological and addictive disorders. I have over two years of direct experience providing transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) services for treatment-resistant depression and other mental health disorders.

Through my understanding of neurobiology, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy, I use an integrative care model to encourage overall mental and physical wellness. Sometimes medications and/or therapy alone can help, but I may recommend inpatient care or more advanced treatment options such as TMS or ketamine therapy if needed.

I am committed to creating a positive and compassionate environment where patients feel heard and supported. I strive to provide a warm environment for my clients to feel safe and understood. It would be an honor and privilege to work together.

A thorough discussion so I may understand the challenges and possible treatment options. I will meet patients where they are at on the journey to mental health wellness. I will try to propose a range of treatment options while involving the patient in the process of deciding which option is best.
