Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who practices an eclectic therapeutic style that adapts to each client’s individual needs and goals. I received my Master's of Social Work from the University of Vermont in 2016, and have worked as a crisis clinician and outpatient mental health therapist. I work individually with adults, helping those who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma or identity development.

My approach to therapy

I employ an eclectic therapeutic style that adapts to each client’s individual needs and goals. I utilize a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to my work, incorporating aspects of unconditional positive regard, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

What you can expect from me

I strive to help people develop a more positive relationship with their thoughts and emotions in order to struggle less with daily stressors in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I hope to help clients by helping them develop stress management skills, as well as developing awareness of different aspects of their mind, how it impacts their mood and well-being, and how to direct their attention in a more constructive, positive manner.
